CLTE™ laminates are designed to provide low thermal expansion and dielectric constant stability.These laminates are available with a full range of cladding types, including Electrodeposited, Reverse Treated or Rolled
copper foil and Resistor Foils.
Proven dimensional stability and low planar CTE provide consistent performance for embedded resistors, among the lowest
variance for PTFE-based laminates.CLTE laminates continue to be chosen for design and fabrication of complex combiner and
divider networks in multilayer structures for feed networks in defense and satellite applications including radar and secure communications. Its availability and consistency as a thin laminate (to 0.003”) also make it attractive for reducing size of passive components.
Master sheet size is 36” x 48”. Available with ED, RT, Rolled and Resistor Foils. Also available with heavy metal backing (aluminum, brass and copper). Tried and tested performance continue to make CLTE laminates a top choice for a wide range of ground-based and airborne communications and radar systems.
