FAQ IconWhat is your college recruiting process?
Answer:
We first meet students during campus career fair events starting in September. We then work with campus Career Services Offices to invite students for on-campus interviews during October. Following on-campus interviews, we invite selected students for on-site interviews to one of Rogers' locations. On-site interviews will be taking place from October through November. Those full time candidates selected to move on to the next step will meet with our Employment Consultant. At the end of this step we will begin to extend offers of employment. For intern positions offers are extended after the on site visit.
