Marketing Our Products

Rogers Corporation only uses ethical marketing practices that meet or exceed the requirements of the laws of each country where we operate. We promote our products fairly and our promotional materials are accurate and complete. We provide only truthful information about Rogers’ products as this best serves the needs of our customers, the public, and our business.

What is expected of you?

  • Develop, approve and distribute marketing material in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Use only promotional or educational materials that have been approved for use in accordance with the company’s standard review procedures.
  • Never create or use promotional materials without first obtaining company authorization for distribution.

Why This Matters

2008: A well-known herbal supplement was marketed for its ability to prevent illness while traveling, however, scientific studies could not support this claim. Due to false-advertising, class-action lawsuits filed against this company required them to pay over $20 million in settlements.
