What We Make

Rogers Corporation's Elastomer Components Division produces two product lines – NITROPHYL® Floats and ENDUR® Components – with manufacturing headquarters in Suzhou, China. NITROPHYL Floats and ENDUR Components are supported globally with a worldwide network of sales engineers, regional customer service and warehouse facilites, and a USA-based materials development center in Rogers, Connecticut.

Customers for our Elastomer Components are in the transportation, communications, electronics, banking, postal, petroleum and chemical storage, and imaging industries, as well as OEM suppliers who serve them.

Our Elastomer Components' manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China is registered to the ISO-9001 quality standards. In addition, we have earned ISO/TS 16949:2002 registration for our NITROPHYL Floats.

Product Lines

	ENDUR® Components ENDUR Components are molded elastomeric products. They are custom-made and developed in partnership with our customers to satisfy unique specifications and perform diverse functions in the imaging, banking, postal, and other industries. The most well-known elastomer in Rogers’ material library is ENDUR-C Cellular Urethane, which is recognized for its durability, compression-set resistance, versatility, and consistent physical properties.

	NITROPHYL® Floats NITROPHYL and KF floats provide superior chemical resistance and buoyancy in a wide range of fluids. They are typically used in automotive fuel tanks, modules, oil level sensors and carburetors, and liquid propane overfill protection devices and other liquid level devices for marine, small engines, petroleum storage tanks, and monitoring systems.
