High Temperature, High Pressure Seals
Gaskets and gap fillers protect sensitive electronics and seal out air, water, dust, light, and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Seals and heat shields must be resistant to temperature extremes and meet industry regulations. BISCO® Silicone foam materials are designed to isolate the damaging effects of vibration, even in high temperature (up to 200˚C), high pressure applications.
Compressibility & Consistent Performance
Seals commonly fail due to environmental exposure through consumer abuse, deterioration, stiffening, and inability to rebound after being compressed. PORON® Urethane foams provide excellent resistance to compression set. They are highly compressible and conformable, effectively sealing out dust, water, and other contaminates for the life of the product.
