PORON® Urethanes Direct Cast to Texon® Cellulose Board
PORON® Performance urethanes may be direct cast to Texon® 437 Insole board materials. T437 is a cellulosebased insole, reinforced with a high level of a premium quality binder. It is designed to provide excellent performance in welt construction footwear. Its high flex endurance makes T437 an ideal product for use in most shoe-making applications where it will provide long-lasting comfort and performance.
It is the most universally used insole for all types of shoe construction: welt, cement lasted, injection/-slush molded, and vulcanized.
Features:
- SATRA – Group I rated – Recommended and SATRA approved for high quality men’s women’s and children’s footwear including Industrial footwear. Suitable for both welt and cement construction.
- Consistently excellent rib strength, no less than 85lb
- High flex endurance
- Dimensionally stable, will not shrink or grow
- Breathable, will wick moisture from the foot and quickly dry after use
- Resistant to fungal growth – Protex treated
