Texel has developed a unique way of processing PORON® Performance urethanes to enhance cushioning. The Texel / PORON Urethane combination is called Summumtex®. The Summumtex package offers direct contact comfort, moisture management, formable package, and additional properties such as ESD (electrostatic dissipative.)
Features:
- 100% Polyester fibers wick away and dissipate moisture
- Breathable
- One-piece construction – will not delaminate
- Adds comfort when worn directly
- Aids to the adherence of sockliners if desired
- Accepts rib for Goodyear welt constructions
- ESD properties available
- Higher performance Thermal Insulation
- Various Grades for work, dress, athletic, men’s, women’s or children’s shoes, slip-in insole
- Various colors available
