The Rogers Competency Triangle stands for our expertise, demonstrated by the added value we can bring to the design of the laminated busbar concept.
We combine our expertise in material selection, electrical behaviour and mechanical capabilities which are essential for the optimal performance of the laminated busbar. In the center of the triangle we have our state-of-the-art lamination process capabilities while the circle represents the environmental aspects in which the module and busbar will operate:
- Temperature
- Humidity
- Pollution
Finally, through collaborative engineering, the form-fit-functionality check is guaranteed to fulfill the customers' requirements.
As an example of our competencies, Rogers developed a proprietary Nickel formulation, "Tex Nickel", specifically for higher temperature environments, enhancing and assuring smooth process capabilities while guaranteeing both visual and functional quality.
