Rogers-SIG has instituted a process under which an individual or entity can submit their business concepts to Rogers Corporation for consideration. The questionnaire that follows lays out the type and substance of information that needs to be submitted.
Rogers will treat all information submitted by you as publicly available information. Therefore, you must not include any confidential information with your submission and Rogers will not accept any confidential information as part of your submission. Rogers does not accept and waives any obligations of confidentiality with respect to any information that you provide as part of the submission process. If following the submission process you and Rogers desire to continue with further discussions, then you and Rogers may agree to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement regarding the exchange of confidential information.
Rogers expects that the concepts included in your submission will be ideas that you created yourself. Rogers shall not be liable for any damages of any kind that may arise in connection with the use of the information that you submit under this process. Furthermore, Rogers has no obligation to protect any of your intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that Rogers may, within its own organization, be working on the same or similar concepts as those you have submitted. Submitting your concepts to Rogers does not prevent or restrict us from accepting a submission from another party that includes concepts that are the same as or similar to the concepts that you have submitted, nor is Rogers prevented or restricted from working with another party on concepts that are the same as or similar to the concepts that you have submitted.
