How the Process Works

In one sense, the process has already begun, as your company has a need for a strategic investor and Rogers-SIG is looking strategic investments

A comprehensive business plan is not required to begin the process (although one will be needed eventually)

  • To begin the process, select Get Started Now, read through it and attest to your understanding and agreement to the terms of engagement
  • Complete the questionnaire, providing us with the non-confidential information we need to make a preliminary evaluation
  • Rogers-SIG will confirm receipt of your request via email
  • Rogers-SIG will review your submission in the context of our strategic investment criteria
  • If we determine that there is the potential for a mutually beneficial partnership, we will contact you within ten (10) business days to schedule a phone meeting

After a phone meeting, if both parties wish to continue discussions, a basic business plan will need to be submitted to Rogers under an appropriate non-disclosure agreement.

*Note: Rogers will receive your information only after you select “Submit Form for Review.” You may select “Cancel” at any time prior to submitting your responses, in which case Rogers will not collect your information.
