Important Announcement Regarding Thermal Management Solutions

Rogers Corporation has decided to cease operations of the Thermal Management Solutions segment effective December 31, 2011. As of January 24, 2012, the shut down has been completed and our employees have been redeployed to other areas within Rogers to the extent possible.
