Mobile view of Technology and Design Support Hubs

In the dynamic world of electronic design and innovation, engineers and designers are constantly seeking reliable resources to enhance their projects and streamline their processes. The Rogers Design Support Hub and Technology Support Hub have long served as valuable tools for our customers, offering a variety of resources to supply technical expertise and support to professionals in the field. As of November, we are happy to announce these hubs are now fully mobile-friendly.

These hubs provide a wide array of design resources that cater to customer needs, including links to news, tools, technical data sheets, design guides, product selection resources, and engineering support. While similar in appearance, the Technology Support Hub supports customers looking for radio frequency materials and solutions. The Design Support Hub caters to curamik® and ROLINX® customers interested in Rogers’ ceramic substrates and busbar solutions.

The hubs first launched prior to 2012. Over time, membership to these hubs grew significantly. As usage, particularly on mobile devices, continued to rise, Rogers teams recognized the need to make several updates to help users access these tools more effectively while on the go.

After months of collaboration between Rogers’ web developers, marketers, and customer liaisons, the newly updated hubs launched in November of this year. Some of the recent updates include:

  • Improved menus and navigation
  • Enhanced visual styling
  • Chinese documents/videos grouped together
  • New videos and an updated visual player
  • Enhanced features on the Yield Calculator Tool

With these updates, users will find navigating these tools’ interfaces more intuitive and user-friendly. For seasoned engineers and novice designers alike, the platform ensures a seamless experience, making it easier for users to find the information they need.

“As these Support Hubs continued to grow, it was important we made them as accessible as possible and continue the stylistic design choices we use on our external web properties,” said Mike Brodeur, Senior Web Developer. “We also improved the usability wherever possible to make the hubs as user friendly as possible.”

As global technologies continue to advance, Rogers customers can lean on these vital tools to help push the boundaries of electronic design. To explore the enhanced Technology Support Hub or Design Support Hub, visit the login page and create a free account.
