ProCell® EV Firewall TB1000 is a fumed silica-based thermal insulation board engineered to assist in the delay or prevention of thermal propagation in lithium-ion battery systems. Designed to maintain low thermal conductivity across a broad temperature range, ProCell TB1000 material supports critical battery safety requirements in EV and BESS applications. Well-suited for use in battery packs, cell pads, and thermal barrier assemblies, it delivers high-temperature protection in a thin, lightweight profile that can easily be integrated into a variety of battery designs.
