Building on Rogers’ decades-long heritage in advanced materials, PORON 40V0 polyurethane foam is UL 94 V-0 rated, produced with non-halogenated flame retardants, and provides superior compression set resistance. The material is ultra-soft and highly compressible, making it ideal for gap filling and cushioning applications. The material is engineered to meet the evolving needs of industries where performance, reliability, and design flexibility are critical.
