BISCO HT-200 Sound Block materials are made of silicone elastomers specifically designed to both reduce sound transmission within interior spaces and prevent the spread of fire and smoke. These high performance elastomeric materials use a filler technology to solve acoustic, fire and smoke issues for a variety of applications, including railcar subflooring, interior vehicle panels and air ducts. HT-200 materials are supplied in roll form, and are available with or without adhesives and supported backings.

Features

  • Withstands temperatures between -55°C and 250°C (-67°F to 482°F)
  • Complies with international safety standards for mass transit and aerospace
  • Sound transmission can be “tuned” by adjusting the areal density or weight of materials

Benefits

  • Flame retardant, complying with all international safety standards
